fantastic place overall, it is spotlessly clean, location is nice in the middle of jackson. overall the room is exceptionally nice, incredible and includes a safe box, television, and a mini bar fridge. the hotel's stuff is excellant.

The tiny pillows and constant leaks from the shower were disastorous. I also found it surprising that after all I spent, no one offered a complimentary drink or upgrade. I thought I might leave a good review, but alas, i just couldn't.

The hotel was gorgeous, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. There were a mini-fridge-bar, an air conditioning, and an individual safe in my twin/double room.

Our experience was marred by disorganised check-in procedures. Upon arrival, we were rushed and felt uninformed, resulting in confusion about prepayment policies. The cleanliness of the gym facilities was disappointing, and I was shocked at the state of the showers available for use after check-out.

Try the Ginger Restaurant for its exquisite menu and themed nights. It's a hidden gem for dining.

A lovely escape in the sun

Staying by the adult-only pool was a highlight of my visit. I was enchanted by the scenic outdoor dining options, which reminded me of a little piece of paradise every evening.

The presence of smokers in neighboring rooms was uncomfortable, prompting us to keep the windows closed.

The breakfast spread was a winner-best I've seen with so many lekker choices. The outdoor pools? Such a vibe, especially chilling at the rooftop one with a sundowner. Those staff at the pool were sharp-sharp, always ready for a laugh and a help!

Just a bit of a trek from some of the rooms to the pools-ag man, after a long day, it can feel like a mission!

The atzavara had excellent room service and a amazing view from the balcony. Breakfast was fantastic with tons of choices, and the pools offered a relaxing spot to unwind.

The pools were truly a highlight, sparkling clean and beautifully landscaped! 🌊 The only downside was the long walk to my room. a lovely stay!

The rooms were not only spacious but also clean was nice. The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic selection of fresh fruits and pastries, and the pools were fine without being overcrowded. I also indulged in a good massage at the spa.

The room was spacious, with a cozy corner with a King size bed and access to a lovely balcony. The food at the rooftop restaurant was good, with fresh hand-pressed juices at breakfast and a variety of choices. The pools were beautiful and well-maintained, awesome for a relaxing atmosphere.
